Who's Who on Main Street: Eva offers a unique Mediterranean dining experience
Part of short series introducing Salt Lake City to its newest Main Street vendors. See more articles here.

Business Background:
Grandma Eva inspired Charlie Perry to be a chef. Chef Charlie realized his dream of owning his own restaurant when Eva opened in July.
Why Main Street?
Stepping into Eva, you could be on any Main Street in any major city. The feeling oozes "downtown."
Niche on Main Street?
Small plates (or tapas) of unique Mediterranean food, including their wood fired "pies" with toppings like figs, "pig," and yummy goat cheeses.
When Eva opened about seven months ago, they might have been dismissed as a nice idea, but not right for our all-you-can-eat mentality. Eva specializes in small plates of delicious, gourmet food, aka tapas.
Eva has found great success by doing things a bit differently. Their prices are low, their restaurant and backyard patio beautiful, and they are on a section of Main Steet between two neighborhood bars: Cheers To You and AJ's Deseret Lounge.
Chef and owner Charlie Perry says, "The growth and success have exceeded our expectations."
A friendly staff, amazing food and affordable drinks make Eva a great addition to Main Street.
